Right-arm off-spinner Rajeewa Weerasinghe has been a seasoned campaigner in Sri Lanka's
domestic cricket circuit. Rajeewa was impressive since U19s as e managed 703 runs with the bat
and 34 wickets with the ball with a stunning economy of 3.97 for Sri Lanka U19s in Youth
ODIs.

Rajeewa's impressive performances for Sri Lanka U19s and his alma mater St.Joseph's College,
Maradana helped him gain his first-class debut at the age of 19 for Badureliya Sports Club. Since
then, Rajeewa has represented Colts Cricket Club, Galle Cricket Club, Lankan Cricket Club, Sri
Lanka Ports Authority Cricket Club and Police Sports Club.

Rajeewa has been exceptional with the ball capturing 269 wickets with the best figures of 7
wickets for 99 runs with an average of 24.25 in 76 first-class games and has shown his ability
with the bat managing 1599 runs with six half-centuries. Rajeewa has managed 70 wickets with
an economy of 4.27 in 59 List-A games and captured 23 wickets with an economy of 6.55 in 26
T20 games.
